The centralized Kitchen of Apeksha is equipped with modern equipment and is manned by trained professional chefs and support staff and has a capacity to cater from 100 to 5000 guests.

Quality and tasty cuisine is the key to Apeksha's catering endeavour. Every ingredient from spices to vegetables, poultry, fish and meat is hand picked from carefully cultivated and time tested vendors to ensure right quality and taste in the cuisine served to clients. Hygiene is top priority and carefully laid down rules and good operational procedures ensures cleanliness and hygiene in all our preparations.

Apeksha's well trained service staff provides excellent on-site service in totality from crockery-cutlery, buffet arrangements, décor to serving guests and wind-up.
